Brookie Cupcakes

Sometimes, its hard to decide what you want for dessert.  Cookie?  Brownie?  Cupcake?  How about all three?

Step 1: Make brownie batter & cookie dough.

Step 2: Add a tablespoon of brownie batter to your muffin tin.  Drop in a ball of cookie dough.

Step 3: Top with more brownie batter & bake.

Step 4: BEHOLD THE BROOKIE CUPCAKE!  And eat it.

Nom, nom, nom.  I love how the cookies didn’t fully bake so they were soft and mushy and chewy and amazing.  I really need to start blogging about salads though…

    I made the flourless chocolate cupcakes and put a Reese’s peanut butter cup in them, just like you showed me. I really didn’t want to share them . . . but I did.

    Mmmm… I am making these ASAP, and since I already went to the store if I don’t have everything I need any thing I will be going back to the store lol. Yummy… I love gooey not-quite-cooked cookies :)

    Ack! Help me Jayme! I’m trying ot make some right now and which directions did you follow? The brownie recipe baking time, the cookie baking time, or your own??

      I ended up baking them for maybe 20-25 mins? I put them in for 10 and just kept checking until the brownie on top looked baked all the way
