Polly Pocket Review

My girls absolutely LOVE all things miniature and dolls in general, so I was so excited to receive the Polly Pocket Hangout House Playset and Stick N Play Room Assortment to review.  Polly Pockets are brightly colored, happy dolls and I love that they encourage the girls to use their imaginations instead of staring aimlessly at a screen.

They will play for hours nicely together when the stars align, and I just know that they will adore the Hangout House and the Patio.  Both come with a cute doll, so hopefully there will be no fighting.  All the little pieces have suction cups, so not only can you decorate in fun, unique ways, but also the small parts will stay in place when playing.

With such petite dolls and accessories, I do wish that the sets somehow incorporated a container.  It would make it easier for the girls to keep all the parts together, and to keep it out of the twins reach.  Instead, I’ll have to find a little tub- perhaps an old wipes box will work- to put the accessories in.

I haven’t given the girls the Polly Pockets play sets yet because I decided to hold on to them for Mia’s upcoming birthday.  I know they will be a huge hit as a present for her!   I also plan on looking for more of the attaching room sets to include in her gift- I think the kitchen and game room sets are adorable.

I’ll keep you all posted on the girls’ reaction to the Polly Pockets!

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Mattel Polly Pocket. I received a product samples and a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.

I did a survey a few weeks back about these doll sets, and immediately started looking for them. I couldn’t find any mention of them anywhere. My daughter also LOVES Polly’s and this would help immensely with the resulting Polly mess.

And looking closer these aren’t quite what I saw. These are cool too (yay suction cups) but it was a set you can mount on the wall, like the Hot Wheels ones.
