With ALL of my kids in school for the first time ever, it means I need to stock up on easy and healthy after school snacks, as well as good stuff to pack in the girls lunches. Recently, we headed to WalMart for a few essentials that we needed, and a couple things we really didn’t. But isn’t that how it always goes at WalMart? You can see our entire shopping trip right here.

Even though school has just barely started, the store is already bursting at the seams with seasonal items. There were tons of displays full of fall decor, as well as several aisles of Halloween costumes. And then there was the Halloween candy… I couldn’t even get the entire aisle in the photo, and both sides were filled with treats!

The candy distracted us for a bit, but we were really there for healthier options and some essentials like bread. We headed over to the fruit aisle and picked out several different varieties of DelMonte fruit cups.

My kids all have their specific favorites. The twins adore mandarin oranges. The girls seem to prefer fruit cocktail or any mix really. And E loves peaches. We saw they had a new flavor- Diced Peaches with Cinnamon & Brown Sugar, and E was super excited to try them. I love that many of the flavors come in water, and not the heavy syrup.

You can find DelMonte all over the web-

Dylan is a smart kid…I love those Gummy Krabby Patties! Unfortunately, the Walmart by me doesn’t have them in their Halloween aisles, so I will have to venture to others to find them.
Oh, I have to stay far away from the Halloween Candy…it could go very bad. LOL
