Gingerbread Houses & Bumbo Love

Bumbo-Logo-No-BG

Our family has been a Bumbo family for years now.  The twins each had their own Bumbo Floor Seats and play trays when they were infants.  They got a LOT of use out of them.  Once Bacon was ready, we bought him one too, and we also bought him a seat cover.  All of my babies really enjoyed sitting up and ‘playing’ with their older siblings.  Bumboseatss

Recently, we were introduced to the Bumbo Booster Seat.  Made from the same comfy foam as the Bumbo Floor Seat, it’s lightweight and easy to clean.  It’s the perfect solution for throwing in the car when visiting friends or family.  The Bumbo Booster has straps that go both under and around the backs of your regular chair, securing it.  Then there’s the adjustable three point harness to keep your baby safe and secure in their seat.

Bacon is just a little short for the Bumbo Booster Seat comfortably at our kitchen table to eat, but that hasn’t stopped us from using it in a pinch.  Also, when he’s not sitting in it, Ryan, the shorter of our twins, seems to have taken a liking to it.  We used it a couple nights before Christmas so that Bacon could participate in the building of our gingerbread house.

Haven’t seen the Bumbo booster, I will have to check it out. I can’t remember what Sammy’s first food was, I would guess that it was something off of my plate – maybe sweet potatoes.

I never owned a bumbo for my three kids, but I always wanted to get one. They are all three too old/big for them now, but my youngest would benifit greatly from the booster! He is at the stage where he still needs a highchair but really wants to sit at the table with his siblings.

My oldest son and ny daughter’s first food was applesauce. My youngest son’s first food was avocado :)
