When we were in NY with the older boys, B kept listening to this. I think he even might have downloaded it as his ring tone. It really gets stuck in your head. The twins love watching it… LOL
Dylan is still taking a few wobbly steps here and there. Every single time I try to catch his drunken stumble on video, he sits down and crawls over to me. One of these days I’ll get it! Ryan isn’t far behind, he’s doing a lot of letting go when he’s standing, but hasn’t yet tried to take a step.
So far this pic is as good as it gets… hopefully I’ll be able to get a video soon.
Ryan is still a bad sleeper. He doesn’t seem to like to take naps- and frequently goes without one. The days he does take one, it’s only because he’s passed out on the floor. If we try to move him into his crib, he wakes up and gets no sleep, so we’ve just been letting him crash where he falls.
Night time isn’t much better. He goes to sleep well after Dylan, and wakes up earlier. Sometimes I can get him to go back to sleep if I bring him in our bed and cuddle him, but not always. Generally, he’s a happy baby, and the lack of sleep doesn’t seem to affect his personality, so we’re lucky there. But I know he needs more sleep to grow!
Lastly, would you keep two of my friends in your thoughts? One lost her toddler 6 years ago today. She’s always remembered my babies, and been supportive, and I want her to know I will never forget her little guy.
Another friend just had her baby girl, about 10 weeks early- due to pre-e. I’m so happy she made it as far as she did, she’d had a loss previously like I’d had- right near viability- and I know how hard it is going into a new pregnancy. BUT her baby is here, and a great size- bigger than Ryan!- and I hope she has a smooth and fast of a NICU journey as we did with the twins.
